Reunion 1990

The U.S.S. Nassau (CVE-16) Reunion for 1990 was held in Las Vegas, Nevada at The Palace Station Hotel with 97 in attendance.

We only had one tour and that was to Hoover Dam on September 17, 1990. We tried something new by having a dance band at the banquet, but very few danced. The Junior R.O.T.C. from El Dorado High School provided the color guard.

At the invocation, the Nassau Chaplain, Wllbur Zink remembered those who had passed on since the last reunion. They were Q.D. Davis, A.P. Fessler, Robert Harris, Sid Rowland, Clarence Wiese and RobertYoung.
